What is the country of origin of the device and how long is the warranty?

Technology, quality, and an Italian warranty for three years against manufacturing defects. All devices are made in China. (The warranty does not cover silicone and plastic parts)

Can breast milk storage bags be placed in the freezer?

They can be stored in the freezer for up to 6 months, in the refrigerator for 4 days, and at room temperature for 4 hours. If there is leftover milk, it can be used within 2 hours. It can be used without heating. Do not heat in the microwave but place in hot water.

Can breast milk storage bags be reused more than once?

The bag is for single use only.

What is the quality of the materials from which the plastic and silicone parts are made?

They are made from high-quality BPA-free plastic and silicone materials.

Can the plastic and silicone parts be boiled?

They cannot be boiled, but they should be cleaned with warm water and a small brush immediately after use.
