What is the misuse policy?

Using any parts other than the original parts intended for our devices, or attempting to service them away from the maintenance center, voids the device warranty. The company is not responsible for misuse and non-compliance with the device usage conditions and warranty terms.

What is the country of origin of the device and how long is the warranty?

Technology, quality, and an Italian warranty for three years against manufacturing defects. All devices are made in China. (The warranty does not cover silicone and plastic parts)

Do Heating pads heat the body?

The pads warm targeted areas rather than heating, as heating can be harmful. However, warming helps soothe nerves, relax muscles, reduce rheumatism, and stimulate blood circulation.

How are the Heating pads controlled?

They are controlled via a remote with an LED display.

How long do the Heating pads operate?

They work continuously for 90 minutes, and automatically shut off after the session ends.
